Delete your account

Deleting your Logi Tot account permanently removes your account and all data associated with it— including every record you've entered about your child (sleep, feeding, diapers, growth, milestones, photos, and notes). Deletion is completed across our systems, backups included, within 30 days. This cannot be undone.

Option 1 — in the app (fastest)

• Open Logi Tot and go to Settings
• Choose Account → Delete account
• Confirm — your account and all data are deleted immediately

Option 2 — without the app

No longer have the app installed? Email hello@logitot.comfrom the email address your account uses, with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll verify it's you and confirm deletion within 30 days — usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• All child profiles and every care record entered under them
• Photos and notes stored with Logi Tot
• Your email from our mailing lists

We may retain the minimum records the law requires us to keep (for example, evidence that a deletion request was fulfilled), never your child's data. Details in our Privacy Policy.
